We watched the Blue Angels on Saturday the 5th in Traverse City.
On the morning of the 4th we went to Breakfast at the airport where we were able to see some airplane and watched the Blue Angels take off and land. I know nothing about airplanes. Steve is my airplane man. We all enjoyed both the tour and the airshow. We watched the airshow from the beach with thousands of other people. We were there for hours (about 5). The girls played in the water and had a great time. They even acted like best friends most of the day. I wish I had a view from the sky of all the people that were there. Miles of people on the beach, boats anchored in the bay and people everywhere.

Miss seeing you, i know its summer crazy schedules and family that doesnt live close for both of us. Gotta pack our days full before school starts. ugggg that can be a nasty word sometimes on days when its super nice and you dont want to think about it. school shopping will be here before we know it.

Were you able to go to any of the Cherry Fest activities? I know that it's around this time. Hope all is well with the family and I agree with Stephanie that school is a nasty word. It looks like you enjoyed yourselves on the beach...with kids who are getting along - priceless. :)
Steve took Monday off and came back Monday night. He brought his mom's truck down because we are using it to go camping with this next week. Anyway...the girls and I stayed through Wednesday and we did a few Cherry Festival things. The pet show was on Tuesday. They thought that was pretty cool. We watched the kids pie eating contest put they were not interested in partcipating. Thought it was a little too messy.

What fun! Matt and I liked to go to the air show in Chicago. I love the picture of the girls together!
i also love the picture of the girls. They already have school supplies out in the center of the store. The shiver when they walk by it. Hope to see you all soon.
What a cool 4th! That is something I've never seen and would love to. That pic on the top of the girls is great. So cute!
